Everything is for the audience - you do not exist without them. To find your clown is to connect with the pure joy of your inner child, and express your wonder and enthusiasm for the world without needing to wear emotional armour. Make eye contact, don’t think, don’t judge, just go for it. Embrace awkwardness, create tension, build an elastic with your scene partners and audience. Radiate joy and the audience will love you.
